Fort Myers Beach · South End
Taken from the lanai. A gulf-front two bedroom condo, rebuilt from the studs in 2026, sleeping six, booked by the week straight through the owner.
Availability
I own unit 403 and I answer these myself, usually the same day. Tell me when you’d like to come and how many are in your party, and I’ll confirm whether the week is open and what it runs.
Once we have your week settled, the rental agreement, payment and keys are arranged through our on-island management office. Nothing is charged on this site.
Remodeled 2026
If you have stayed on Fort Myers Beach in the last few years, you know the difference between a unit that was patched and a unit that was redone. Here is exactly what is new.
Sleeps 6
| Space | Bedding | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Primary bedroom | King | 65″ smart TV, gulf views on two walls, private sliding door onto the lanai |
| Guest bedroom | Queen | Wall of closet storage, bathroom directly next door |
| Living room | Queen sleeper sofa | Plus an electric recliner and a 65″ smart TV |
Two full bathrooms, both remodeled. Beach towels, chairs and a cooler are already in the condo — leave yours at home.
The beach
If your picture of Fort Myers Beach is from just after Hurricane Ian, it is out of date. The island’s renourishment project finished in August 2025 after placing roughly 950,000 cubic yards of dredged sand along all seven miles, and the south end — where Eden House sits — was rebuilt first.
What that means when you walk out the back door: an enormously wide, soft, sugar-white beach with newly planted dunes, walkable end to end at any tide. It is the best the sand has looked in decades, and there is no road to cross to reach it.
The south end
Eden House sits on the residential south end of the island, away from the Times Square crowds, and the neighborhood has come back better than it was.
Reborn with new restaurants and shops — Legano Italian Kitchen with live music, South Beach Grille, a liquor store and Ace Hardware for whatever you forgot to pack.
Full grocery a short drive up the boulevard, with the rest of the island’s restaurants and beach bars an easy drive or trolley ride.
Kayaking, paddleboarding, bike trails, manatees and one of the best undeveloped beaches in Florida.
The new bridge reconnects the south end to Bonita Springs and Naples. The old span was sunk offshore as an artificial reef for divers and anglers.
Catch the morning ferry, spend the day on Duval Street, and be back on the lanai for sunset.
Southwest Florida International, with nonstops from most of the Midwest and Northeast.
