Remodeled 2026

Most gulf-front condos on this island were repaired. This one was rebuilt.

If you have stayed on Fort Myers Beach in the last few years, you know the difference between a unit that was patched and a unit that was redone. Here is exactly what is new.

Kitchen

  • Forno appliance suite in white and brushed gold — French door refrigerator, slide-in convection range, convection microwave, integrated dishwasher
  • Quartz countertops and custom white shaker cabinetry
  • Full height agate-look slab backsplash
  • Under cabinet lighting and a deep black undermount sink
  • Breakfast bar open to the living room, so the cook keeps the view

Bathrooms

  • Two brand new walk-in showers, no tubs to climb over
  • Frameless glass doors and large format marble-look porcelain
  • Black hex mosaic shower floors and built-in niches
  • Quartz-topped vanities and brushed nickel fixtures

Everywhere else

  • Wide plank porcelain tile through the whole condo
  • Two new 65″ smart TVs, primary bedroom and living room
  • All new furniture, mattresses and linens
  • Full size washer and dryer inside the unit
  • Fast WiFi and central air

Sleeps 6

Room for two couples, or a family with the grandkids.

The beach

The sand came back, and then some.

If your picture of Fort Myers Beach is from just after Hurricane Ian, it is out of date. The island’s renourishment project finished in August 2025 after placing roughly 950,000 cubic yards of dredged sand along all seven miles, and the south end — where Eden House sits — was rebuilt first.

What that means when you walk out the back door: an enormously wide, soft, sugar-white beach with newly planted dunes, walkable end to end at any tide. It is the best the sand has looked in decades, and there is no road to cross to reach it.

The south end

Quiet enough to hear the surf. Close enough to walk to dinner.

Eden House sits on the residential south end of the island, away from the Times Square crowds, and the neighborhood has come back better than it was.

Steps away

Santini Plaza

Reborn with new restaurants and shops — Legano Italian Kitchen with live music, South Beach Grille, a liquor store and Ace Hardware for whatever you forgot to pack.

Minutes

Publix & island dining

Full grocery a short drive up the boulevard, with the rest of the island’s restaurants and beach bars an easy drive or trolley ride.

Minutes south

Lovers Key State Park

Kayaking, paddleboarding, bike trails, manatees and one of the best undeveloped beaches in Florida.

Now open

Big Carlos Pass Bridge

The new bridge reconnects the south end to Bonita Springs and Naples. The old span was sunk offshore as an artificial reef for divers and anglers.

Minutes

Key West Express

Catch the morning ferry, spend the day on Duval Street, and be back on the lanai for sunset.

45 minutes

RSW airport

Southwest Florida International, with nonstops from most of the Midwest and Northeast.
